3. Payments and Cancellations
All coaching services must be paid for in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without a refund.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. All communications and personal details shared during your coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
